Fraser Mills is About to Make a Huge Splash in its Community! 

Fraser Mills in Coquitlam is excited to announce its incredible 50,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Aquatic Community Centre. It is envisioned to have Olympic-sized swimming pools, workout facilities, and more. As the centerpiece of the community, the state-of-the-art Aquatic Community Centre will bring activities for all ages and lifestyles. From attending yoga classes, to learning how to play the guitar, to taking ballroom-dancing lessons— here is where residents and visitors of Fraser Mills will be able to connect with the community.

The Aquatic Community Centre will also feature commercial spaces for shops, restaurants, salons, cafés and more. Everyday essentials will conveniently be steps away. From the Centre, you will be able to see gorgeous waterfront views and nearby amenities. Some of the amazing amenities in Fraser Mills includes a tennis court, basketball court, pier and plaza, outdoor waterpark and playgrounds.  Most amenities are on the waterfront and are designated as pedestrian-only.
