Construction Progress Continues at Fraser Mills’ Only Lowrise Condominium Community

Exciting progress is underway at Chapter, the first and only collection of lowrise condominiums at Fraser Mills. As construction continues to advance, the vision for this vibrant waterfront neighbourhood is becoming more tangible with each milestone achieved.

Over the past several months, significant work has taken place onsite as our construction team continues to bring Chapter to life. From foundational work to the first signs of the buildings rising above ground, momentum is building across the community and setting the stage for what lies ahead.

A Strong Foundation for the Homes to Come

One of the most important phases of construction has now been completed. Foundation walls are finished, providing the structural base for the homes that will soon take shape.

At the same time, work on Level 1 slab construction has been progressing steadily and remains on track for completion by the end of October. These milestones represent critical steps in preparing the buildings for the next phases of vertical construction.

Framing Has Begun

A major milestone was reached in September as framing officially commenced on the South Building.

With framing now underway, Chapter is beginning to emerge above ground, offering the first glimpse of the homes and streetscape that will define this unique lowrise community. As construction progresses, future homeowners will continue to see the transformation of the site as the buildings begin to take shape.

Looking Ahead

As momentum continues through the fall and into winter, several key milestones are on the horizon:

• Completion of framing for the South Building in early January
• Roofing expected to begin on the South Building shortly thereafter
• Framing commencement for the North Building in mid-December
• Interior finishing work anticipated to begin in early spring

Each milestone marks another important step toward delivering a thoughtfully designed community that blends modern living with the natural beauty and connectivity of Fraser Mills.
