Pedestrian-Only Space 

The Urban Plaza is a pedestrian-only area that encompasses much of the commercial and retail space in Fraser Mills. Here, there will be numerous festivals, celebrations, and community gatherings taking place. As this will attract both visitors and residents to the Urban Plaza, the area is a prime location for commercial and retail. The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor design will bring excitement to the restaurant and retail spaces, intertwining them with the surrounding amenities and public areas. The Surrounding Community 

There are currently many established entities near Fraser Mills that are enjoyed by the Coquitlam community today. Along United Boulevard, Malliardville and surrounding neighbourhoods are an array of shops and businesses. Within a 15-minute walk from Fraser Mills stands Cineplex VIP Movie Theatre, Eaglequest Golf Course, T&T Supermarket, IKEA, Staples, Canadian Superstore, PetSmart and more. Rapid bus lines from Fraser Mills to Braid Skytrain station will provide easy access to places like Lougheed Mall, Coquitlam Centre and Downtown Vancouver. Today, Fraser Mills is home to great surrounding retail, and we are excited to implement even more.
