The Urban Plaza is a pedestrian-only area that encompasses much of the commercial and retail space in Fraser Mills. The Surrounding Community 

There are currently many established entities near Fraser Mills that are enjoyed by the Coquitlam community today. Along United Boulevard, Malliardville and surrounding neighbourhoods are an array of shops and businesses. Within a 15-minute walk from Fraser Mills stands Cineplex VIP Movie Theatre, Eaglequest Golf Course, T&T Supermarket, IKEA, Staples, Canadian Superstore, PetSmart and more. Rapid bus lines from Fraser Mills to Braid Skytrain station will provide easy access to places like Lougheed Mall, Coquitlam Centre and Downtown Vancouver.
