Building a Complete Community

The future community centre is one of many exciting elements planned for Fraser Mills, a master-planned waterfront community that will transform the historic mill site into a thriving new neighbourhood.

With Debut, Encore, and Chapter now under construction, Fraser Mills continues to take shape as a complete community featuring 5,500 new homes, more than 16 acres of parks and green space, a new elementary school, childcare spaces, shopping, dining, and a variety of community-serving amenities.

Together, these investments are helping create a destination where residents can live, work, play, and connect, all within a walkable waterfront setting.

Looking Ahead

As construction progresses and new milestones are reached, Fraser Mills continues to move closer to realizing its vision of becoming one of Metro Vancouver’s most exciting waterfront communities.

The unveiling of the future community centre marks another significant step forward and reinforces the long-term commitment to creating a neighbourhood that combines exceptional homes, vibrant public spaces, and amenities that will serve generations to come.
